Financial Matters

Our fees for your therapy must be prepaid. The fee schedule is subject to change without notice. Please contact AART before your treatment cycle to verify your financial investment.

Payment may be made by cash, direct debit, Visa, MasterCard, money order or certified cheque made payable to Atlantic Assisted Reproductive Therapies. Once you have a personal program defined with AART, the fees you should expect are defined in the table that follows. Please remember to save all of your receipts, as they may be deductible for income tax purposes.

Please note that these prices are only applicable to Canadian residents or people who are covered by one of the Provincial healthcare plans. Additional charges will apply to non-Canadian residents or people residing in Canada who are not covered under a Provincial healthcare plan.

Patients who chose to satellite, may be charged additional fees for ultrasounds and blood work at their local hospital. Please note, these charges will be the patient’s responsibility and they will not be reimbursed by AART, nor will AART reduce its fees as a result.

Initial Visit – $165.00

Return Visit (if not in an active treatment cycle) – $75.00

IVF Registration Fee – Non Refundable – $250
(Due the day of enrollment into IVF)

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) – $5500 / Effective July 1, 2012 – $5750

Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) – $1500.00

Therapeutic Donor Insemination (TDI) – $800
(Includes IUI and sperm preparation)

Storage deposit for TDI Shipments – $200
(up to three straws)

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) – $350

Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation – $1250

Sperm Functional Assessment – $250

Frozen Embryo Transfer – $850.00 / Effective July 1, 2012 – $1000

Embryo Freezing – $750.00

Semen Cryopreservation (regular) – $500.00

Semen Cryopreservation – $750
(Where an embryologist attends a surgical procedure)

Annual Storage Fee for Frozen Embryos or Semen – $200 per year
