Our patient portal can be accessed by visiting portal.aart.ca. New patients who have booked an appointment and existing patients with eggs, embryos, and/or sperm in storage can access the portal.

Portal access is set up by our team by emailing info@aart.ca.

Our patient portal features include:

• Completing intake questionnaires prior to your first appointment

• Messaging with our admin, nursing, and lab teams

• A personalized calendar with clinic appointments, treatment appointments, and drug reminders

• Viewing lab results for lab tests related to treatment at AART

• Access to in-depth information about treatments and patient FAQ

• Electronic consent signing

• Online payments using Visa Debit, Visa Credit, and Mastercard

• Sharing your documents with AART

• Accessing documents shared with you by AART

Partners must also join the portal to complete intake questionnaires, access their documents, and sign electronic consents.
