Your journey at AART will begin with an initial assessment by one of our physicians. Please watch these four short information videos prior to your first appointment.

You will need to fill out an intake questionnaire on our patient portal prior to your first appointment. If you do not complete the intake questionnaire prior to your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled.

AART recommends that the following tests are completed for all patients being referred for an initial assessment.  You can have them completed by your family physician or gynaecologist.  If you do not have a physician, we can provide you with a requisition for these tests at your initial assessment.
